Garbage is collected three times a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Recycling is collected on Thursday only. There are garbage cans on the 2nd floor landing for your use. Please note that the rules and regulations regarding recycling are subject to change, so please refer to the current recycling notice that is posted in the lobby of your building.

As part of our pledge to provide you with comfortable living conditions, your apartment is serviced monthly on the 1st Thursday of the month by a professional exterminator for pest control. Make your best efforts to be home for this service call. For the most part, the purpose of these visits are merely preventative. If you have an emergency issue you can call JB Pest Control at 718-818-8600 to schedule a service during non-scheduled times
